We hope you are happy with your purchase. Is there something not to your liking? Then you can use our return and refund policy. Below you can read how this works.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
Only unopened, unused and undamaged products in original packaging are eligible for a refund.
Hygiene products, such as care products, that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Cost of returning
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense.
In case of damaged or incorrectly delivered products, we will of course cover the return costs.
Refund
After receiving the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back into your account within 7 working days.
We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
How do you return a product?
Send an email to info@flourishskin.nl with your order number and reason for return (optional).
Pack the product carefully.
Send it to the return address we will email you.
