These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Flourish Natural Skincare and to every agreement concluded between you (the consumer) and us.

3. Product range and prices

  • All products and prices on our website are subject to typographical errors and price changes.

  • Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

  • We do our best to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible.

4. Orders and payment

  • An agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order via the webshop and we have confirmed it.

  • Payment must be made immediately via the available payment methods (for example iDEAL via Mollie).

5. Shipping and delivery

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of payment.

  • Delivery will take place at the address you specified.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors in address information.

6. Right of withdrawal (return policy)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

  • You must return the product unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return costs are at your own expense.

  • Please note: for hygienic reasons, opened or used care products cannot be returned.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of our products.

  • Always read the ingredients list carefully, especially if you have allergies or skin sensitivity.

  • We aim to respond substantively within 5 working days.

10. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
